Privacy & email policy

Last updated: October 2026

Stratusgize hosts websites and web applications for organizations such as homeowners associations. This page explains how we handle personal information and the email that the websites we host send.

Who we are

Stratusgize provides the hosting and technology. Each organization we host (for example, a homeowners association) decides what information its website collects and who can see it. For questions about a specific website, contact that organization first. For anything about our hosting, use the contact form on our home page.

Information on the websites we host

Email we send

The websites we host send email only for these purposes:

We do not send marketing email, we do not rent or sell email lists, and we do not email people who have not registered with the organization's website. Addresses that bounce or that report a message as unwanted are removed from further mailings.

Stopping email

Anyone can use the unsubscribe link in an announcement email, turn off announcement emails in their account settings on the website, or contact the organization or use our contact form and we will make sure the emails stop. Sign-in codes are the only messages that cannot be turned off, because they are sent only when the person requests one.

Our own website

This site, stratusgize.com, does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you. The message is delivered to our email, is not added to any mailing list and is not shared.

Requests and contact

To ask about, correct or delete personal information, contact the organization that runs the website you use, or send us a message with our contact form and we will route your request.
